(copy)<\/li>\n<li>owner identification code (copy)<\/li>\n<li>certificate of state registration, protocol on the election of the head, EDRPOU certificate (for legal entities)<\/li>\n<li>power of attorney (original + notarized copy)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Registration certificate for non-residential premises<\/h2>\n<p>For the production of a technical passport for non-residential premises, the following are additionally provided:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>letter of application from the authorized body (original, before obtaining a certificate of ownership)<\/li>\n<li>plan diagram of the premises subject to inventory, certified by the authorized body (original, before obtaining a certificate of ownership)<\/li>\n<li>certificate of book value (original, for separately located buildings and premises in them)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Registration certificate for the house<\/h2>\n<p>For the production of a technical passport for a garden \/ private house, the following are additionally provided:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>act on the land (notarized copy, if available)<\/li>\n<li>certificate from the head of the garden partnership (original in 3 copies, before registration of ownership of the
